Suppose you have several factories and want to find the best locations to manufacture different products to meet demand in nearby cities. You want to maximize profits and minimize shipping costs. What kind of model would you probably want for a special decision study? Would you ever need a model-driven DSS in this situation?
How does sensitivity analysis differ from "what if?" analysis? How would you implement each type of analysis using MS Excel?
What is a data table? Data tables are part of a suite of commands sometimes called what-if analysis tools. A data table is a range of cells that shows how changing certain values in your formulas affects the results of the formulas.
