DecisionPoint for Sales Analysis is the first module in a family of CRM products scheduled for release today. Additional modules will address service and marketing. The new product family is an extension of DecisionPoint’s proven ERP analytics software through integrating financial, human resources, distribution, and manufacturing data to gain the strategic insights into customer interactions.
