TO MANAGE CORPORATE STAFFING

San Francisco, CA – May 16, 2001 – Recruitsoft, Inc. (www.recruitsoft.com), the leading provider of Web-based hiring management and talent deployment solutions for large corporations, announced today that it has been selected by American Airlines, one of the world’s largest passenger airlines, to manage its recruiting process.

"The American Airlines name is synonymous with providing excellent service through its network of employees," said Louis Tetu, CEO of Recruitsoft. "We are pleased that they have selected Recruitsoft as a partner to continue their commitment to recruit exceptional employees in an industry where quality is so important."

American Airlines, named in the Universum Communications recent national study of MBA and undergraduate students as one of the Top 50 companies at which they would like to work, continues to focus on recruiting and retaining talented employees.

"The decision to partner with Recruitsoft was based on the company’s ability to provide an efficient Internet-based hiring management system and its record for high-level customer service," said American Vice President of Human Resources Jaynne Allison.

"Our employees are very valuable assets," said Allison. "We want to manage our hiring process to ensure that we continue to attract top candidates. Recruitsoft will allow us to spend more time conducting in-depth interviews and assessments to select the best people. This will help American retain a leadership position in the industry."

American will use Recruitsoft’s industry-leading hiring management solution, Recruiter WebTopTM, which powers the career Web pages of large corporations and provides a complete business application over the Internet that supports every aspect of corporate recruiting and talent-matching processes, from requisition management, resume handling, skills-based profiling and email alerts about ACE candidates, to complete candidate communication and internal candidate skills matching and deployment.
