The survey supports a critical business need: in today's uncertain business environment, professionals must be better prepared.

One of the frustrations cited by 42 percent of respondents is that managers rarely or never are able to spot problems and issues across the organization with their current reporting systems - a strong indication that their organization is not well-equipped to respond to a crisis or business shift fast enough. Nearly 50 percent of the respondents said they cannot get the right information to the right people at the right time, and more than half said their organizations still use systems that do not enable their organizations to share information across the enterprise.
