Solutions for Regulatory Compliance and Project Documentation Add to the Correlate K-Map Product Family

SAN FRANCISCO, CA, Jan. 27, 2003 -- Correlate Technologies, the developer of visual document management solutions for team-based collaboration, today announced the immediate availability of Correlate K-Map Solutions, designed to manage the documentation needs for Regulatory Compliance and Project Documentation. These new offerings are the first in a solutions-based strategy to meet the needs of organizations managing vast amounts of disparate documents, content and links in connection with a business process. Additional solutions are planned for Life Sciences, Finance, eGovernment, Energy and Professional Services.

As business and government become more regulated, organizations are experiencing increased pressure for compliance, which requires significant resources and an added cost of missed deadlines. Correlate K-Map for Regulatory Compliance facilitates the organization and completion of regulatory or compliance documents. By organizing the required documents for the collaborative process of gathering, organizing and sharing the documentation required for each submittal, customers realize a time and cost savings.

Correlate K-Map for Project Documentation solves a similar problem for the project manager. Projects often follow a methodology, with similar steps (best practices) and documentation required for each project. The Project Documentation solution creates a guide for the project manager, allowing the manager to capture all of the information related to the project, either automatically or manually, in a logical outline that can be shared with a team, taken off-line, or stored within a document management system for further use.

Correlate K-Map solutions provide users with an easy-to-follow visual framework for managing all of the documents and information (emails, Web content, contacts, graphics, legacy data, etc.) in connection with a particular business process. With a K-Map, the information can be easily organized in a visual and logical manner to help manage and complete a process. Correlate K-Map solutions are designed to integrate with Lotus Domino.Doc(R), IBM Websphere(R) Portal Server and Microsoft SharePoint(R) Portal Server, adding a solution layer to those robust products.
