The two software applications include new features and work with the recently introduced FileMaker Pro 7 database software, which has already received high ratings from several technology publications. Volume licensing is also available.

FileMaker Meetings 2.0 requires FileMaker 7. In addition, the computer monitor's screen resolution must be set to a minimum of 1024 x 768. FileMaker Tasks 2.0 also requires FileMaker 7. Both applications run on Microsoft Windows XP and Apple's Mac OS X 10.2.8 or later.
