PivotTable Toolbar

You can now drag field buttons to different positions on the PivotTable grid. You can use the PivotTable toolbar to add and delete fields and make different calculations. On the View Menu, Toolbars, select PivotTable.

The PivotTable tool bar has 11 icons for refreshing data, showing and hiding data, grouping or ungrouping data.
