A&H Consulting, which specializes in SAP development, implementation and maintenance, collaborated with ProClarity to develop PortworX(TM) Connect which seamlessly integrates with the ProClarity Live Server to enable real-time connections to SAP R/3 data sources.

PortworX Connect consists of an application platform and specific services that provide SAP R/3 application data to Microsoft(R) Excel spreadsheets via the ProClarity Live Server by connecting directly to the SAP database. The ProClarity Live Server is a middle-tier server that provides 'live' and persistent connections to a multitude of data sources. Live Server maintains data consistency and security throughout the organization by providing a centralized point of control. By enabling both read and write capabilities to data sources in the familiar Excel environment, ProClarity Live Server promotes effective team planning and enables rapid updates of critical business systems.

Live Server is an integral component of the ProClarity 6 product family, a fully customizable analytic application platform that enables the rapid development and deployment of tailored business intelligence (BI) solutions.
