  • Arkansas Center for Advanced Spatial Technologies is a part of the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville. It is dedicated to applications in GIS, remote sensing, digital photogrammetry and interoperability.

  • Stanford University Data Warehousing. The goal of the data warehousing project at Stanford (the WHIPS project) is to develop algorithms and tools for the creation and maintenance of a data warehouse. In particular, we are concentrating on efficiently collecting and integrating information from distributed, autonomous,and heterogeneous sources, including legacy sources. The Whips project is funded by Rome Laboratories and by the Advanced Research and Development Committee of the Community Management Staff as part of the Massive Digital Data Systems (MDDS) Program.   • Systems Analysis Laboratory at Helsinki University of Technology. They are actively developing computer aids for decision making including HIPRE 3+, Web-HIPRE and Winpre.
