Home Properties Selects CSI - The Center For Data Warehousing for Strategy, Vision Selection and Validation

EAST HANOVER, N.J., March 11, 2004 -- Conversion Services International, Inc. (CSI - The Center for Data Warehousing) (OTC Bulletin Board: CSII.OB), was selected by Home Properties, Inc., to conduct a vendor-independent assessment for a business intelligence solution.

Home Properties, a real estate investment trust (REIT) which owns, manages and acquires apartment communities in the Northeastern, Mid-Atlantic and Midwestern United States, sought assistance with the selection of an end-to-end business intelligence solution to enrich the value of their ERP investment and to deliver significant value to their Business Constituency in a shorter period of time. Home Properties had narrowed the selection process for "End-to-End Business Intelligence Solution(s)" to two highly qualified vendors, and then leveraged the expertise of CSI-The Center for Data Warehousing to guide the assessment and selection process. CSI's understanding of the strategic requirements for a complete, end-to-end business intelligence solution, as well as their "best practices" methodology made them the perfect partner to facilitate the evaluation, validation and selection process for Home Properties.

Chris Berson, Home Properties' Director of Application Systems Support, added, "CSI - The Center for Data Warehousing's contribution to our recent evaluation of Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing technology was invaluable. It is always a challenge to drill through the vast quantities of information vendors bring to the table. But CSI's expertise in the Business Intelligence Technology arena, coupled with their skill in documenting and presenting pertinent information, helped us focus on features, functionality and architectural issues that would lend to, or detract from, our strategic needs. As a result, we feel comfortable with our final selection, and know we have a solid baseline on which we can build as we evolve our implementation of business intelligence enterprise-wide."

"CSI - The Center for Data Warehousing played a major role as an objective advisor and leveraged its core competency to mentor, educate and provide the necessary knowledge transfer to assist Home Properties with their selection of an end-to-end business intelligence solution," said Tim Furey, Practice Director, The Center for Data Warehousing. "Our proven 'best practices' methodology for Business Intelligence Assessments -- which emphasizes a vendor independent approach -- has once again added significant value to the overall assessment process and positioned Home Properties to advance the strategies and objectives of their business."
