The contract includes Geac System21 Aurora, which will provide integrated financials, distribution, service and job management software to drive efficiency. Also included in the contract is System21 Performance Analyser, the latest Geac Performance Management integration module, which will provide Marubeni-Komatsu with the management tools to control, monitor and enhance operational performance throughout the organisation. Marubeni-Komatsu provides equipment warranty and service support contracts as part of their package through 14 sites across the UK andIreland. Customers can select from a vast range of support contracts with varying price models, which has resulted in a complex customer support environment. Geac System21 Aurora provides an integrated, real-time view of each customer contract, which will enable Marubeni-Komatsu to enhance the level of service it provides to its customers. After comprehensive review of three possible IT solutions, Marubeni-Komatsu selected Geac to replace its current system. Geac won the contract not only for the solution fit of System21 Aurora but also for Geac’s proven track record and knowledge of the service market. Marubeni-Komatsu is one of the first companies to purchase System21 Performance Analyser.
