SAVANNAH, Ga. and INDIANAPOLIS, July 20, 2004 -- On June 7th, 2004, a businesswoman in Savannah noticed that her car in her driveway had been broken into overnight and her business laptop computer stolen. Important information for many of her clients was stored on that computer, including state and local government employees.

On November 8th, 2001, an insurance salesman in Logansport, IN found that his car had been broken into and his business laptop computer stolen. The sales information on that computer represented several weeks' worth of business, as well as confidential information about those clients.

The thieves were moving frequently between 2 locations, and CSS, Inc. worked closely with local law enforcement authorities in Savannah to provide them with the location information to be able to secure search warrants for both premises.

On the evening of July 9th, 2004, the stolen computer from Logansport, IN was used and sent covert alerts, indicating the computer was in rural Tennessee. CSS, Inc. worked with law enforcement authorities in both Logansport & Tennessee, and provided them with the information to be able to obtain a search warrant.

Within days, both stolen computers were back in their rightful owners' hands, and all of the sensitive business information on those computers were secure and intact upon recovery.
