This message is to notify everyone that the deadline for the submission of papers has been extended as below. You are invited to submit a paper for our research and/or education tracks.

. Acceptance notification: September 29, 2009

. Final papers due: October 13, 2009

. BI Congress: December 14 (evening social event) & December 15 (papers, panels and keynotes), 2009
