The Teradata PARTNERS User Group Conference & Expo is the premier business intelligence (BI) and Data Warehousing educational event. The Partners Steering Committee is currently soliciting applications from subject-matter experts to address either the business or technical considerations and benefits of data warehousing practices and BI solutions. Speaker applications are submitted exclusively at www.Teradata-Partners.com/speak during the “Call for Papers” process held early each year (February/March) for the annual fall conference.

Q: How does the speaker selection process work?

A: The Partners Steering Committee reviews and scores each submitted application. Generally, the highest scoring applications that align with the established conference elements will offer our global conference attendees the best-in-class content they have come to expect. The conference elements are a balance of various topics, levels of complexity, technical or business perspectives, industry, and region. Also taken into consideration is a balance of “speaker type” (i.e., Teradata Customer, Teradata Subject Matter Expert, Partner, Consultant, Analyst, and Academic). The committee strives to place as many customer speakers as possible.

Q: When will I know if I’m selected?

A: All speaker applicants will be notified of their selection status (accepted, alternate, or declined) via email in May.
