In addition to a series of advances in the remote access and control software currently used on millions of computers worldwide, the new version brings an exciting new fully-equipped meetings solution for up to 25 participants that provides the easiest way to conduct online meetings.

TeamViewer 7 Beta can schedule meetings in advance, integrated as a Microsoft Outlook meeting invitation, or they can begin simply with one click. Advances to the communications features mean that participants can now collaborate as if they were sitting in the very same room, sharing one screen. Users enjoy full interactive capabilities with all other participants, able to view, hear, chat, use the white board and seamlessly share files through the new file box. The presenter can also pause, stop and record meetings sessions that can then be converted into an AVI file, and participants can join from smartphones, tablets, or computers and can be alerted to meetings through e-mail or Microsoft Outlook invitations that provide a one-click URL.

TeamViewer 7 Beta introduces a series of advances to improve remote access and control as well, including:

· Seamless drag & drop file transfer – Documents or complete folders can be dragged from a session window to a local computer, or vice versa, to and from any place – even directly into an Outlook e-mail!

· Multi-monitor support – Now it is possible to have separate session windows for each monitor, enabling users to see two or more remote screens on two or more local screens.

· Save connection settings – Advanced settings adjustments can be saved for each partner to avoid adjusting the options every time a remote session begins, allowing users to begin working the instant they are connected.

· Session recordings – Remote control sessions now not only can be recorded, but they can also be converted into a convenient standard AVI file for later editing and sharing.

· Screenshots from the toolbar – Advances with general documentation have been improved, including the addition of a new screenshots feature that allows users the ability to keep track of anything that occurs during a remote session.

· TeamViewer Manager – Huge performance improvements due to optimizations of database queries – up to 4 times faster than before.
