DAYTON, Ohio, Aug. 16, 2005 -- The Relizon Company, a leading North American supplier of business process solutions for document management, billing and relationship marketing, today announced that it was awarded a five-year $4.5 million dollar contract by INTEGRIS Health, Oklahoma's largest not-for-profit health care organization. Under the terms of the agreement, Relizon will manage many of the hospital's clinical and non-clinical document processes, ranging from critical-care flow-sheets and pharmacy labels to employee business cards and stationeries.

INTEGRIS Health is a member of Novation, a leading hospital group purchasing organization that Relizon serves under a master agreement. Today, Relizon is an approved supplier to three of the top five health care group purchasing organizations in the U.S., representing more than 8,000 acute and sub-acute care facilities.
