These latest enhancements also allow those who subscribe to Hoover's Pro and Plus to gain access to every company in Hoover's newly expanded database of more than 21 million worldwide businesses and 28 million decision makers. All company records are now accessible to Hoover's Plus subscribers via search, as well as the Build A List tool.
