Bulletin Board System (BBS)

A computerized meeting, discussion and announcement system. The software helps people to carry on asynchronous discussions, upload and download files, and record observations and
points of view. Users do not need to be simultaneously connected to the system. A BBS can be used as a basic communications-driven DSS.
