Collaborative decision support

A computerized process that assists people in working together to analyze a decision situation, make decisions and implement them. Decision makers are generally seeking shared goals or goals are reconciled as part of the process. Documents, spreadsheets, Forms, rubrics, charts and graphs are often used in a collaborative environment to present, share and summarize information and analyses.
