PlanSource focuses on customer success with Voyager release
ORLANDO, Fla., March 29, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- PlanSource announced today the launch of Voyager, its spring product release, which provides users with a range of new enhancements to enrich the customer experience, including intuitive dashboards, new administrative tools and support options, and expanded rules and reporting capabilities.

Building a better customer experience
The Voyager release contains several new items designed to help PlanSource customers and partners succeed, including:
Implementation and data exchange dashboards, which let PlanSource customers and partners easily see real-time status updates, allowing all parties involved with implementations to better plan and allocate resources, communicate more effectively, and quickly resolve any issues that might arise.
Click-to-chat support, which provides consumers with an option to chat online with a contact center representative during the enrollment process, so they can get immediate assistance during benefits shopping and enrollment.
Document management workflow that allows employees to upload required documents, such as a birth certificate or adoption papers directly in the system, so HR administrators can quickly review and approve. This ensures compliance with company policies and keeps all employee and dependent information in one place, removing hassles and reducing paper use.
Billing reconciliation services, in which PlanSource reconciles and pays invoices from multiple vendors and carriers on behalf of the employer, and provides one consolidated bill for the employer to pay. This service saves HR teams time and resources and gives them a combined view of all their vendor invoices so they can see how their budget is being spent.
To further improve customer experience, PlanSource introduced a call-center service earlier this year and has recently hired industry veteran Nate Swanstrom as Vice President of Customer Success.
